We boarded Abbey our Great Dane
at your kennel in October 2009 for 12 days. One thing I really
liked is that I knew you were taking her for a walk every day.
I wasn’t worried that she was cooped up with little human
companionship, or just put out in a field to run on her own. As
she enjoyed a kennel with an outdoor run, I also know she ran
her heart out as she was happy and tired when my husband picked
her up (plus her rope bone was still intact, meaning she had
little time to be bored and chew it up!). When my husband
pulled up he could see her outside running back and forth
enjoying herself like crazy!

We have put you guys to work a
few times this year with Gypsy staying at Fairfield Kennels....
we wouldn't change a thing! Your prices are fair, your kennels
clean and well appointed and Gypsy loves her walks every day.
…I know when we bring our dog
to you, that she gets right out of the car and heads in your
direction with no hesitation and that makes me feel great about
leaving her for a long-ish stay in your capable hands.

Fairfield Kennels has been
Luger’s “home away from home” for the past 4 years! Trevor and
Melanie have carried on the the impeccable service that we have
experienced from Tina and Klaas. Attention to detail of
cleanliness and personal needs for every animal is very apparent
when you walk into the kennel! We really count on being able to
leave for summer holidays, knowing that Luger will receive all
the attention that he needs.

was really nervous bringing my Yorkies to any kennel, I have 4
yorkies and one was pregnant that stayed last Aug. for 10 days.
They are all very spoiled and I was worried that they would not
eat especially the one with babies. They have never stayed with
anyone before in 4 years I have had them. I left contact name
just in case so someone would pick them up if they were not
happy….Well no phone calls were made, they were well fed with
all their special food( they all had different food schedules )
More for mommy and little Tonka only could have his special
food. They all seemed happy and 4 weeks later Jewels had 4 very
healthy puppies with no problems at all!! I like that my pets
can stay together and it’s a smaller family kennel. I think
they can give that extra “Family love” to your pets.

Maggie (aged Mom) and Miracle
(adult offspring), our spoiled Beagles, have their routines, and
Trevor and Melanie at Fairfield kennels willingly catered to our
special requests. Maggie has to take medication. They have to
eat separately or Miracle will growl and eat Maggie's food. Meat
sprinkled on food. Bone treats at noon and bedtime. Yes, this
was all done at Fairfield kennels including their daily walks.
We like the individually fenced indoor-outdoor kennels and run.
They are in great shape when we pick them up.

My
husband and I recently got married (in September 09) and in
the hustle and bustle of planning and all that went along with
it, was the stress of how we were going to have adequate time to
feed or even let our dog outside to go to the bathroom, let
alone walk him. We called "Fairfield Kennels" almost in a panic
2 days before the wedding and in desperate need of someone to
take our HUGE Presa Canario off our hands for a few days.
Without any issues (and we were most definitely worried that no
one would want our 110lb dog for 3 days...) we were able to get
him in the next day and feel so confident that he was getting
way above and beyond the attention we could have given him at
this stressful yet wonderful time in our lives.
…The icing on the cake was the
postcard we got when we picked him up. It was great to see that
he had fun playing in the yard while he was there! We are just
booking our honeymoon, and most definitely will be bringing our
(now 2) dogs there. We feel confident that Fairfield Kennels is
not only a clean and very pet friendly environment for our dogs,
it is close to home, and one of the best kennels we have come in
contact with.
